Ingredients
- 500 g noodles (croissant noodles, spirellis etc.)
- 500 g Miracel Whip (Balance)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 can vegetables, Mexi mixture
- 500 g meat sausae
- 100 g cucumber (s), (herkins + cucumber water)
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta, then drain. Drain the Mexican vegetable mixture. Cut the sausage and red pepper into cubes, the gherkins into slices.
- Put Miracel Whip in a bowl, with the meat sausage, the vegetable mixture, the bell pepper and the cucumber. Finally fold in the pasta.
- Season to taste with the cucumber water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- I still save cucumber water to fold in, the noodles draw a lot of liquid.
