Ingredients

  • 1 half snake cucumber (s)
  • 1 handful lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 medium carrot (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana (s), very ripe
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 100 ml water, cold or ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana. Wash the rest of the fruit and vegetables. Core and quarter the apple.
  2. Put the ingredients in a strong blender. Pour the ice cream and cucumber down to create a liquid that can set the other ingredients in motion. First coarsely chop on a low level, then mix on the highest level for at least 1 minute. This makes the ingredients more easily accessible and the consistency more even and softer.
  3. Tip: Don`t drink green smoothies, but eat them by chewing nicely.
