- 1 kg Kasseler
- 1 bag pasta (croissant)
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 liter broth
- 3 egg (s)
- cheese, grated
- butter

- Dice the smoked pork and sear it in a pan. Then add the squeezed and cut sauerkraut and sauté briefly.
- In the meantime, mix the broth with the cream and eggs. Pour the uncooked pasta in an ovenproof, buttered casserole dish. Then comes the sauerkraut with the Kassler. Then pour the broth over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes.
- Shortly before the end - when the pasta is done - sprinkle the cheese over it and bake again until the cheese is nice and brown. Serve immediately.
