Ingredients

  • 200 g riatoni (or other pasta)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 packet salami (garlic salami)
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese
  • 1 packet cream cheese (best herbs or garlic)
  • 200 g cream
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • Spice mix (ideal - Fuchs sausages)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the onion and garlic, chop finely and sauté in a little oil in the pan. Dice garlic salami, add and fry everything briefly.
  3. Coarsely chop the sheep`s cheese and add to the pan. As soon as the sheep`s cheese has dissolved a little, add the cream cheese and cream and bring to the boil briefly. Season with vegetable stock, parsley, ideal spice, salt and pepper.
  4. Wash the tomatoes, chop them roughly and add them at the very end. Do not boil again so that the tomatoes stay fresh.
  5. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
