Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 800 g meat sausae (poultry)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ml 1,250 vegetable stock
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 teaspoons, heaped herbs, mixed, frozen
  • g 1,000 pasta (macaroni chips)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large casserole and fry the onions until translucent. Cut the meat sausage into small cubes, add and fry until crispy (as you like). Now sprinkle the flour over it, stir in and sweat with it. Then deglaze with approx. 750 ml of stock and briefly bring to the boil. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste, ketchup and herbs, pour in the rest of the stock as required and simmer for about 10-15 minutes on a low flame.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. If you like, you can serve it with grated cheese or Parmesan.
