Curd Casserole “Like in Kindergarten”

This recipe makes the casserole lush and tasty. Exactly the same as given in our kindergarten. Taste familiar from childhood. Shake the old days? 🙂

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Sugar – 1-2 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Semolina – 2 tbsp (+1 tbsp for sprinkling)
  • Milk – 0.5 cups
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Pour semolina into a bowl, add milk. Mix. Leave for 10-15 minutes for the cereal to swell.
  2. Drive eggs into another bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
  3. Beat with a mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add soft butter. Mix everything well.
  5. Cottage cheese can be kneaded or minced.
  6. Rinse the raisins well in hot water.
  7. Add the egg mixture to the semolina mixture. Mix well.
  8. Then add the curd.
  9. Mix well, you can beat with a mixer.
  10. Add raisins.
  11. Mix well. The “dough” for the casserole is ready.
  12. Turn on the oven. Grease the form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina.
  13. Put the prepared curd mass into the mold. Place in a preheated oven on the middle shelf.
  14. Bake the casserole at 180-200 degrees until golden brown (about 40 minutes). Do not open the oven during baking!
  15. Curd casserole “Like in kindergarten” is ready.
