Instructions

  1. Make a dough from layered cheese, flour, margarine and baking powder with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Knead again on the floured work surface. The dough must not be too soft, if necessary add a little flour.
  2. Put the sugar in a deep plate. Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick. Using a glass or a round cookie cutter, cut out circles about 6 cm in diameter. Turn the dough circles on both sides in sugar, fold them halfway, press a little and fold the semicircles again so that thick quarter circles are created. Process all of the dough in this way.
  3. Place the kisses on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
