  • 175 g flour
  • 75 g potato starch
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 120 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125 g mararine
  • 250 g marzipan
  • 100 g jelly, red (currant jelly)

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, starch, an egg, 70 g powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and margarine. Chill for at least an hour. Then roll out the dough, cut out hearts and place on the baking sheet.
  2. Mix the marzipan with the second egg and 50 g of powdered sugar with the hand mixer and squirt the mixture onto the edge of the biscuits with a dough syringe. Bake at 150 ° C for 10-15 minutes. After the cookies have cooled, heat the jelly and place in the center of the cookies. Let cool down.
