Ingredients
- 1 kg kohlrabi
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Cream cheese or herb cheese, 2 corners it
- 2 tablespoon herbs your choice, chopped

- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into strips. Leave 2 tablespoon butter in a saucepan and sauté the kohlrabi strips in it. Then add the broth. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Melt the last 2 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan, sweat with flour and add this sweat to the kohlrabi. Bring to the boil and melt the processed cheese in it. Finally add the chopped herbs.
- Potatoes go very well as a side dish.
