- 1 packet lamb`s lettuce
- 1 yellow pepper (s)
- 1 mango (s), ripe
- 1 handful pine nuts
- 1 baguette (s)
- 4 piece (s) goat cream cheese
- olive oil
- honey
- Vinegar - oil dressing to taste

- Clean and dice the mango and paprika, mix with the lamb`s lettuce. Briefly toast pine nuts in a pan without fat, then add. You can prepare any (vinegar / oil) dressing for this.
- Cut the fresh goat cheese in half crosswise (approx. 1 cm thick) and place on the baguette slices. Drizzle with olive oil and honey and let it melt under the grill.
- Mix the salad and dressing, add the baguette, done.
- The goat cream cheese is important, do not use normal semi-hard cheese!
- Sometimes it is also available in large rolls, then just take about 8 cm. If the thalers are thinner, then several thalers.
