Ingredients

  • 150 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 200 g Goronzola
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 2 pear (s)
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon wild cranberries, from the glass
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce, remove the roots and place in a bowl. Wash the pears, quarter them lengthways, remove the core and stem and cut the quarters into small pieces and add to the lamb`s lettuce. Crumble the gorgonzola in small pieces into the bowl.
  2. For the dressing:
  3. Chop the onion finely. Whisk the oil and balsamic vinegar in a key. Stir in the cranberries and onions and pour the dressing over the salad.
  4. The salad can be seasoned with freshly ground pepper to taste.
