Ingredients

  • 50 g nuts (macadamia), finely chopped
  • 150 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 80 g frisée salad
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 2 shallot (s), finely diced
  • 2 tomato (s), cut into sticks
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Lightly roast the macadamia nuts in a pan over the heat that is not too high.
  2. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and frisée salad and spin dry. Marinate with salt, pepper, walnut oil and balsamic vinegar. Add the shallot cubes, macadamia nuts, tomato sticks and parsley and mix everything well.
