Ingredients
- 50 g nuts (macadamia), finely chopped
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 80 g frisée salad
- salt
- pepper
- 6 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
- 2 shallot (s), finely diced
- 2 tomato (s), cut into sticks
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

- Lightly roast the macadamia nuts in a pan over the heat that is not too high.
- Wash the lamb`s lettuce and frisée salad and spin dry. Marinate with salt, pepper, walnut oil and balsamic vinegar. Add the shallot cubes, macadamia nuts, tomato sticks and parsley and mix everything well.
