Ingredients
- 200 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 orange (s)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- Seasoned Salt
- pepper
- Cane sugar
- some walnuts

- Wash and clean the lettuce. Fillet the oranges while collecting the juice. Squeeze the lemon, peel and dice the onion.
- Put the orange juice, lemon juice, diced onion, olive oil and walnut oil in a bowl. Puree everything finely with the magic wand. Season to taste with herb salt, pepper and raw cane sugar. Possibly add a little dash of orange juice.
- Arrange the lamb`s lettuce with orange fillets and walnuts nicely on plates and pour the orange dressing over them.
