Ingredients
- 400 g lamb`s lettuce
- some radicchio
- some frisee salad
- 3 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
- 3 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
- 2 tablespoon water
- salt and pepper
- some garlic
- 4 teaspoons honey (orange blossom honey)
- 4 goat cream cheese - thalers
- flowers, edible for garnish
- 4 sprigs thyme, fresh

- Wash the salads and chop them into bite-sized pieces, spin dry. Put the vinegar, oil and water in a bowl and stir vigorously, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Carefully mix the salads with the dressing in the bowl and arrange on a plate.
