Ingredients
- 500 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 handful pine nuts
- 200 g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- 5 slices ham (Serrano ham)
- 1 point feta cheese
- possibly herbs (TK)
For the vinaigrette:
- 5 tablespoon olive oil or walnut oil
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
- 50 g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce. Wash raspberries. Arrange the lamb`s lettuce in a bowl, add the raspberries. Pluck the ham into small pieces or strips and also add to the salad. Dice the feta cheese and mix in.
- For the vinaigrette, put the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and raspberries in a tall mixing vessel and puree.
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil.
- Spread the vinaigrette on the salad, sprinkle the pine nuts over the top and serve.
- A refreshing salad that goes well with grilled food, of course.
- Tip: I sometimes also add a few cubes of honeydew melon.
