Ingredients
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce or youn spinach or other leaf salad
- 0.5 can ½ kidney beans
- 1 avocado (s), ripe, soft
- 1 apple
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 100 g cheese (soft cheese made from cow`s milk), liht
- 150 g natural yohurt or 3 - 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- honey
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard
- salt and pepper
- possibly milk

- Wash the lamb`s lettuce, sort it, fill it into a large bowl. Peel the avocado, remove the core, core the apple as well, cut both into cubes. Wash the kidney beans in a colander and drain. Pour the tuna with the diced avocado and apple and the beans over the salad.
- Prepare a dressing from yogurt, olive oil, honey (about 1 - 2 tablespoons), the pressed garlic cloves, paprika powder, mustard, salt and pepper (ideally in a shaker). If it is too thick, just dilute it with a little milk.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with the soft cheese and serve.
- You can also leave out the avocado or add mushrooms.
