  • 375 g lard
  • 500 g suar
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 625 g flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon deer horn salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the lard, let cool down a little. Add sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, egg yolk and salt and stir well. Dissolve deer horn salt in a little water and add it together with the flour. Knead everything well. Remove half of the dough and knead in the cocoa and 1 vanilla sugar.
  2. Shape approx. 90 pieces into a ball and press in a little in the middle.
  3. It is baked at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 15 - 20 minutes. The cookies should stay light.
