  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, coarse
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pepper, coarsely ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 180 ° C. Wash the potatoes and peel them if you prefer. Halve the potatoes and place them in a small baking dish with the cut side up.
  2. Break the bay leaves into four pieces each. Score the potatoes about 1/2 cm deep on the top and stick a piece of the bay leaf into the potatoes.
  3. Spread the olive oil, salt, caraway seeds and pepper on the potatoes and cook at 180 - 200 ° C on the middle rack for about 45 minutes.
