Ingredients

  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon juice (blueberry juice)
  • 6 sheets gelatin
  • Lavender flowers

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Warm milk (never boil), stir in lavender flowers; Let it steep for about 20 minutes over a mild heat. Sieve everything.
  2. Mix the milk, sugar and grated lemon zest, color blue with blueberry juice.
  3. Dissolve the gelatine and stir into the milk.
  4. Fill into molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  5. Serve decorated with whipped cream.
