- 190 g butter, soft
- 80 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 350 g flour, wheat flour type 1050
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 4 tablespoon lavender leaves, fresh, chopped
- 2 teaspoons lavender - flowers fresh without a stem

- Mix the butter and sugar well with the whisk of the hand mixer; then work in the egg.
