Layered Yogurt with Bananas and Blackberries

Ingredients

  • 250 g yourt, Greek, low in fat
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 150 g blackberries
  • possibly cinnamon

Layered Yogurt with Bananas and Blackberries

Instructions

  1. Cut the banana into pieces, place in a container and puree. Gradually add about half of the yogurt. Possibly season with cinnamon. Pour the banana yoghurt into a glass and smooth it out. Now puree the blackberries and mix with the rest of the yogurt. Now just add the blackberry yoghurt to the banana yoghurt.
  2. Tip: If you have to go fast in the morning, simply prepare the yoghurt the evening before and store it in the refrigerator overnight. Then you can enjoy it quickly and easily on the way to work / university.
  3. You can of course use any other type of berry, depending on the season and taste.
