Ingredients
- 250 g natural yourt
- 0.5 ½ pomegranate
- 0.5 ½ persimmon (s)
- 2 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 handful nuts (trail mix)

- Halve the persimmons and cut into small pieces. Then release the pomegranate seeds and place in a small bowl.
- Cover the bottom of a glass that holds at least 0.3 l with natural yoghurt. Then add the pomegranate seeds, then natural yoghurt again. Then come the persimmons and another layer of yogurt. Add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, then yogurt again and on top a handful of nuts, trail mix or raisins. As you like
- Tastes delicious for breakfast if you don`t always want to eat bread rolls. I always put the other halves of the persimmon and pomegranate in the fridge and then have the whole thing again the next day.
