Lazy Pizza in a Pan, with Tomatoes, Cheese, and Scrambled Eggs

A very unusual breakfast – lazy pizza in a pan with tomatoes, cheese, and scrambled eggs. The base for pizza-scrambled eggs is made from the batter with sour cream and mayonnaise. Very fast and easy. Great start to the day!

Ingredients

For the test:

  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Wheat flour – 4 tbsp
  • Salt – a pinch

For filling:

  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc. (100 g)
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Ground black pepper – a pinch

For frying:

  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cooking the dough. In a deep bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, one egg, salt, and pepper. Add flour and mix with a fork or whisk. The pizza dough should have a consistency similar to sour cream.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a cold frying pan. We spread the dough, distribute it along with the bottom, and level it with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Put the ketchup on top and gently distribute it over the dough with a spatula or spoon.
  3. Cut the tomato into thin slices and spread it over the surface of the dough. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the tomatoes with it.
  4. We carefully drive in the eggs. If you wish, you can pierce the yolks with a knife so that they spread slightly and cook faster. Salt lightly.
  5. We put the pan on minimum heat and cover it with a lid. Cook the pizza in a skillet for about 10-15 minutes, until the eggs set.
