Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Halve lengthways and, similar to cutting onions, make thin incisions, but do not cut through completely so that the individual leaves do not fall apart.
  2. Place the potatoes in a flat baking dish and press the compartments a little apart. Pour the salts and oil over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Brush the potatoes with oil from time to time to prevent them from drying out.
  3. When the potatoes are crispy, sprinkle with herbs or spices to taste and serve.
