Ingredients

  • 1 leek
  • 3 bell peppers, yellow, orange, red
  • 1 ½ pack feta cheese, diced
  • some olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Salad herbs
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the vegetables. Cut the leek into rings, sauté in olive oil and place in the salad bowl while still warm. Now cut the peppers very thinly and add to the leek.
  2. Mix everything together with the spices (add a little oil if necessary) and let it steep for approx. 2 hours. Just before serving, fold in the diced feta cheese.
