- 250 ml fish stock or vegetable stock
- 50 g processed cheese, liht
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 75 g salmon fillet (s), fresh
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 slice / n toast bread, (whole grain)
