Instructions

  1. Remove the roots from the leek and remove any withered leaves. Halve lengthways, wash well under cold running water and cut into fine strips. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the leek in it, add the diced ham and fry briefly. Let the ham and leek mixture cool down.
  2. In the meantime, roll out the dough on a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 200 ° C. When the ham and leek mixture has cooled, mix with the crème fraîche and cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Then distribute the mixture on the dough, leaving some space on the edge and bake for about 10-15 minutes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
