Lemon Cupcakes with Woodruff Cream Cheese Cream

Instructions

For the dough, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the butter and mix well. Briefly stir in baking powder, salt, lemon zest and flour and slowly add the milk.
Pour the batter into the muffin tin lined with paper liners. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
For the cream, stir the butter until foamy. Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix well. Mix the syrup with the cream cheese cream.
Spread the cream on the cooled cupcakes with a spatula. Decorate with a piece of fruit jelly.
