Lemon-Orange Mousse

The mousse turns out to be light in all respects. Delicious dessert.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Small lemons – 2 pcs.
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Water – 500 g
  • Semolina – 5 tbsp
  • Sugar – 5 tbsp

Directions

  1. Boil semolina in water with lemon juice and sugar for 8-10 minutes over low heat, stirring all the time.
  2. Beat with a mixer until fluffy until doubled in volume.
  3. Add orange juice and beat for another second. Chill and serve with milk.
  4. Pink mousses – based on red berry juices: cranberry, red currant … Pour milk into a bowl and put mousse on top.
