  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 handful parsley

Instructions

  1. Bring the peas and carrots with the juice to a boil in a saucepan. Whisk the cream with the flour, add and simmer for 3 minutes. Season to taste with the spices, lemon juice and a handful of parsley.
  2. Tastes great with fish.
