- 300 g pasta (spahetti)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 lemon (s), the grated zest and juice
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 125 g parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth, roughly chopped
- sea-salt
- Pepper, black, a.d. Mill

- In a large saucepan, cook the spaghetti until al dente or as desired. In a separate bowl, mix the garlic, grated lemon zest, lemon juice and oil.
- Pour the spaghetti into a sieve and drain well, then return to the saucepan. Mix in the lemon mixture, parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper and serve immediately.
