- 250 g spahetti
- 2 lemon (s), unsprayed
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 60 g parmesan, rated
- salt and pepper
- 50 g rocket

- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
- In the meantime, finely grate the peel of the lemons and then squeeze the lemons. Mix the juice with the olive oil in a large serving bowl, season with salt and plenty of pepper. Clean and wash the rocket, pluck it into small pieces and add it to the lemon sauce.
- Grate the parmesan fresh and serve separately.
- When the noodles are firm to the bite, drain them, add them to the lemon sauce and mix. Serve immediately and enjoy!
