Ingredients
- 400 g pasta (spahetti)
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 chilli pepper (s)
- 1 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 bunch rocket
- sea-salt
- pepper
- olive oil

- Boil the spagetti in lightly salted water. Rub the zest of the lemon and squeeze the lemon. Cut the garlic and chili peppers into fine strips.
- Fry the lemon peel, garlic and chili peppers in a little olive oil. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the rocket into coarse strips.
- Drain the spaghetti and mix all the ingredients into the hot spaghetti.
