Ingredients

  • 300 g ladyfiners
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 pts. Cream cheese (Philadelphia) each 00 g
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet jelly (lemon)
  • 2 lemon (s), the juice it
  • 8 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place the ladyfingers in a freezer bag and pound them until they are crumbly. Then put in a bowl and knead with the butter. Press the base into a springform pan lined with baking paper (26 or 28 cm).
  2. For the topping, soak the jelly in a cup of water and let it soak for 10 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar. Then heat and dissolve while stirring. Mix the cream cheese with 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and the lemon juice. Add the dissolved jelly to the cream cheese mixture. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Then put everything on the compacted base and distribute it. Allow to solidify in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours before consumption.
