- 200 g mararine
- 400 g flour
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 cups cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 2 cups cream
- 2 glasses sour cherries
- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 packs cake topping

- Make a batter from sugar, margarine, eggs, baking powder and flour. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20-30 minutes. Then let it cool down.
- Drain the sour cherries, collecting the juice. Whip the cream with the whipped cream and vanilla sugar until stiff, fold in Philadelphia. Pour the mixture on the base and distribute it. Add the drained cherries to the mixture and distribute them as well. Prepare a cake glaze from the collected cherry juice according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool slightly. Put on top of the cake.
- Chill for a few hours before serving.
