- 1 can lentils
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 large tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
- 2 pointed peppers
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- Lemon juice

- Briefly wash the lentils under running water and let them drain well.
- Core the tomato and cucumber and dice. Chop the peppers and spring onions into small pieces. Cut the parsley into small pieces as required.
- Mix everything with the lentils and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
