- 4 tomato (s)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 package sheep cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion (s)

- Drain the can of lentils and place in a bowl. Chop the onion and bell pepper into cubes. Scald tomatoes with hot water, peel and also dice.
- Add everything together to the lentils and mix well. Dice the sheep`s cheese and fold in carefully.
- Season the salad with the pressed garlic clove and the other spices.
