Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 100 g bacon, diced, streaked
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 300 g lentils, canned
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • possibly flour - sweat (stoving)

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and fry them in oil. Briefly toast the bacon cubes. Drain the lentils and rinse a little. Now add and pour water (can also be vegetable stock) until everything is covered. Now stir in vinegar and cook for 25-30 minutes. Finally, you can add a burn-in or not (depending on your taste). Serve hot sprinkled with parsley.
  2. With bread dumplings.
