  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g cream quark
  • 50 g flour (wholemeal flour also possible)
  • 50 g suar, possibly also brown suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (or tablespoon vanilla sugar, homemade)
  • Oil for frying
  • possibly powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Quantity is intended as a dessert for 4 people; as a dessert, please double the quantities.
  2. Stir all ingredients together until smooth and add one tablespoon each of the mixture to the moderately hot oil (caution - burn easily!). Fry briefly on both sides, remove and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
  3. Red fruit jelly tastes good with it (homemade or from the glass).
