Ingredients
- 500 g whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 160 g rains and nuts, mixed
- 2 packs dry yeast
- 500 ml water, lukewarm

- Grease and flour a loaf pan and cover the bottom with baking paper.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Fill into the prepared form and bake at 180 degrees hot air without preheating for about 65 minutes.
