Ingredients

  • 500 g pumpkin meat, weihed cleaned
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey, without a strong flavor
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped
  • 200 g whipped cream, or soy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook small pumpkin cubes in orange juice and honey for 10 minutes until soft. Let cool and puree. Whip the cream until stiff, put some cream back for decoration for 4 servings. Mix the other part into the pumpkin puree.
  2. Distribute on serving bowls. Garnish with cream and chopped pistachios.
