Ingredients

  • 500 g red currants
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 200 g cream
  • 7 sheets gelatin
  • water

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin. Boil the currants in 100 ml of water with the sugar, then puree and strain through a sieve. Dissolve the gelatine in the hot puree. Put the mixture in a cool place.
  2. When it starts to gel (takes a while), stir in the sour cream. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Fill into glasses and let it set overnight.
