Ingredients

  • 500 g currants
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 250 g cream quark
  • 0.5 ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, (to taste carefully)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the currants and strip them off the stalks. Place in a bowl and mix with approx. 1 tablespoon of sugar (more if necessary). Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator.
  2. In a tall mixing bowl, whip the honey with the quark, milk, cinnamon and vanilla sugar (with the whisk of the hand mixer) until airy and then season again to taste.
  3. Prepare four beautiful wine glasses or champagne bowls and add the currants and curd cream in several layers. Serve as soon as possible for breakfast or as dessert!
