Ingredients

  • 12 pork schnitzel
  • 500 g bacon, mixed
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 2 large cans mushrooms
  • 6 cups cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the schnitzel (do not bread, do not fry) and place in a baking dish. Leave the chopped bacon in the pan. Then remove the greaves and fry the onions in the fat until translucent. Add greaves and mushrooms to the pan and fry briefly.
  2. Pour the contents of the pan over the schnitzel. Since, depending on the size of the casserole dish, the schnitzels also lie on top of each other, make sure that there is enough of the mixture between the schnitzel. Finally, spread the cream over it and put everything in the fridge for 24 hours.
  3. The cream schnitzel is cooked in the oven at 180 degrees (middle rack) for 2 hours.
