Ingredients

  • CHOCOLATE DOUGH:
  • Margarine – 100 g
  • Dark chocolate (70-80% cocoa) – 200 g
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs. + 3 yolks
  • Wheat flour – 60 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Vanillin – to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate margarine.
  2. Beat eggs and yolks with sugar, pour in melted chocolate.
  3. Add flour with baking powder, mix everything.
  4. Pour the chocolate muffins into greased tins and bake for 7-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees to form a liquid filling inside.
