Lobster Baked “Gratin”

A delicacy that can be prepared quite simply and quickly. Baked lobster (lobster) is perfect for a festive table!

Ingredients

  • Lobsters (lobsters) – 2 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parsley
  • Garlic – 2-3 teeth.
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Rinse the lobsters, cut in half with a kitchen knife, starting from the top of the carcass. Remove the green mass filling the head and the black thread running up the center of the carcass, leaving only white meat.
    Mix the breadcrumbs with chopped garlic and parsley in a blender. Add a little olive oil and lightly salt. We stuff the lobsters (lobsters) with the resulting mass.
  2. We bake the lobsters (lobsters) in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Then grill for a few minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Lobster (lobster) baked ready.
