Of course, the dish is festive! Exquisite! If you don’t know what to do with lobster, don’t worry! Follow the recipe and amaze your loved one !!!
Cook: 30 mins
Servings: 2
Ingredients
Lobster – 1 pc.
Bulb onions – 1/4 pcs.
Garlic – 1 tooth
Lemon – 1 pc.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Parsley
Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
Dry wine (white or rose) – 70 ml
Brandy (cognac) – 30 ml
Directions
Defrost the lobster, boil (whole) in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Use kitchen scissors to cut the carcass lengthwise. I was lucky and the lobster was caught with caviar !!! See the greenish streaks? They need to be cleaned out – carefully, without fanaticism!
In a saucepan, fry chopped lemon, onion and garlic in vegetable oil. Add the diced tomato and parsley.
Place the lobster in a saucepan, cut side down. Fry a little (1 minute).
Add wine. Put out 5 minutes.
Turn the lobster over and drizzle with brandy or cognac. Just a couple more minutes, turn it over – and you’re done!
