- 20 cherry tomato (s)
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 lemon (zest)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 150 g mozzarella, cut into fine cubes
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill

- Cut a small lid from the tomatoes with a sharp knife and hollow out the tomatoes with a small spoon or ball cutter. Season the inside with salt and pepper, then place the tomatoes with the opening facing down on a rack and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the parsley, lemon zest and olive oil, mix with the cheese cubes and pour the mixture into the tomatoes.
- Put the lollipops on the skewers and serve decoratively in glasses.
- Tip: Depending on the size of the tomatoes, you can also use mozzarella balls.
