Chicken Lollipops

In Italy they are called chicken “lollipops”, apparently because of their shape and presentation. This is a really unusual recipe based on chicken breast. If you want something new with chicken, try it, you won’t regret it.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast fillet – 1 pc.
  • Red chili pepper – 1/3 pcs.
  • Thyme (fresh leaves) – 1 teaspoon
  • Rosemary (fresh leaves) – 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Bread crumbs – 100 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 300 g
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. For seasoning, finely chop rosemary and thyme leaves, hot chili peppers, clove of garlic and stir.
  2. Cut each half of the chicken breast into 4 equal parts.
  3. Pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil onto cooking paper.
  4. Thoroughly grease a piece of chicken fillet with it, cover with a second sheet of cooking paper.
  5. Gently beat off, gradually forming a thin plate.
  6. In order to form a flat plate, the cooking paper with fillets must be constantly rotated.
  7. Season the prepared chicken plates with salt and pepper, add a little cooked seasoning and add grated cheese.
  8. On a skewer, starting from the edge, wind the chicken fillet.
  9. You get a roll on a skewer.
  10. For a lezon, beat the eggs.
  11. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of finely grated cheese and mix thoroughly.
  13. Roll the resulting roll thoroughly in flour.
  14. Then dip it into the ice.
  15. And sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  16. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the meat on skewers for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  17. Chicken lollipops are ready.
