Ingredients
- 3 egg (s)
- 150 g stevia or other sweetness
- 10 g protein powder (vanilla)
- 100 g almond (s), round
- 75 g flaxseed, crushed
- 1 packet baking powder
- 60 ml rapeseed oil
- 85 ml lemonade (Zero)
For covering:
- 30 g protein powder (banana)
- 350 g low-fat quark
- 10 g vanilla powder, alternatively vanilla-banana powder or 1 bottle. Aroma
- 200 g sour cream
- Stevia or other sweetness

- For the base, process the first 8 ingredients into a dough and then place in a round springform pan. Bake at 150 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Let the base cool in the springform pan.
- Use a mixer to beat the ingredients for the topping to a stiff pulp. If the porridge is too thick, add a little lemonade, if the porridge is too thin, add a little more banana protein powder. Now distribute everything on the floor. If you want, you can also bake two bases and use one as a lid.
- Sprinkle sweetness or cinnamon as powdered sugar for decoration. Or decorate as you wish. Put the cake in a cool place.
